About Us
Meagan has been part of the team for over 5 years. As the processor obtaining loan approval rests on her shoulders. Unlike most processors, Meagan also has the capability to underwrite certain purchases and refinance files, in these instances she is the processor and underwriter during the loan process, making sure that the file meets all required guidelines to be approved and close. She reviews all documentation provided by our customers, submits files to underwriting for approval and acts as a liaison between the customers and underwriters.
