Lacie joined our team in 2017 with over 10 years of experience in the banking industry. Her role as the loan officer assistant is an essential part to the loan process, as she gets everything started for each loan. Lacie discloses each file, collects all required documentation from the borrowers and also makes sure that all third-party items, such as appraisals, title commitment, verification of employment, are ordered. handles post-closing communication with borrowers
